Director’s Profile
He is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He graduated with Master in Business Administration from Deakin University and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Adelaide in Australia. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA Australia. He has been appointed as Goods & Services Tax (GST) Agent.
Mr. Cheang has more than 20 years of experience in programming, general management, financial management and accounts. He has previously held a few senior positions of listed group under Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Shermaine has more than 20 years of experience in general management, financial management, tax, audit and accounts. She has previously held a few senior positions of listed group under Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Her last position was Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Esthetics International Group Berhad with experience in leading beauty chain salons in ASEAN for more than 4 years. She is currently leading the team of professional consultants to serve customers with diversified business involving retail, hotel and hospitality, beauty and wellness services etc.
She graduated with Semi Professional in Association of International Accountants and LCCI Double Diploma (Accounting & Business Studies) with Distinctions.
She has more than 20 years of experience in SME’s Accounting & Consultancy in various industries, namely, Manufacturing, Construction and Services Industries. Limited Liability Partnership and SME, she has multiple success records on Business Management Services to Sole Proprietorship, Partnership.
